In a single day, with no prior experience and no certification, you'll discover what it feels like to breathe underwater and explore a tropical reef alongside your own instructor.
How the Day Works
Your adventure starts on dry land with a friendly, easy-to-follow briefing. Your instructor walks you through how the equipment works, a few simple skills, and everything you need to feel safe and relaxed before you get in the water. We take it entirely at your pace — there's no rush and no pressure.
Once you're comfortable, you'll head out for your first real ocean dive. Staying close to your instructor the whole time, you'll descend to a maximum depth of 12 metres and glide over the coral gardens that make the Gili Islands famous. The water here is warm, clear, and full of life — keep an eye out for green turtles, reef fish, and the occasional reef shark.
