What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and the details you give us at booking, including certification level and the medical questionnaire.

Why we hold it

To confirm and run your booking, to keep you safe in the water, and to answer your messages. We never sell your data.

Booking records are kept for as long as the law requires. Messages sent through the contact form are deleted once your question is answered.

Only the booking platform that processes your reservation and payment, and emergency services if you ever need them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.
